Built in 1748 at the source of the Authie, Château de Couin is a fine example of the grand residences built under Louis XV by the nobility of Arras. It is one of the largest year-round castles in northern France.
It is protected as a Historic Monument in its entirety (interior and exterior).

During your guided tour, you'll discover the quality of its authentic decor, both inside and out, including the sculptures by Adrien François d'Huez, an architect and sculptor from Arras, and his son Jean-Baptiste Cyprien d'Huez, winner of the Prix de Rome in 1753.
There are also the marble-decorated stables, the unusual gallery of the church, the old kitchens, etc.
