Situated on the borders of the Mayenne and Haut Anjou regions, La Montchevalleraie is a family chateau built in the 18th century. Furnished and lived in all year round, La Montchevalleraie offers you a delicate and refined setting where you will find collections of furniture and objets d'art, both family heirlooms and antique pieces. The quality of the restoration of the house and its collections has been recognised by the award of the national label Patrimoine historique VMF.

As part of the guided tours on Sunday afternoons, visitors have access to the park and gardens of La Montchevalleraie. Listed by the French Parks and Gardens Committee and inventoried by the Maine-et-Loire département. The gardens are also a Refuge LPO and Ambassadeur des jardins de Noé.
