Founded by the Benedictine monks of Cluny around 1100, Château des Bachelards embodies an art of living where heritage, hospitality and viticulture meet. Located in Fleurie, in the north of the Beaujolais region, the estate extends over 18 hectares of vines, 6 of which directly surround the château in the Fleurie AOC, complemented by plots in Saint-Amour, Moulin-à-Vent and Beaujolais Villages.
A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in the region, the estate has three organic and biodynamic certifications (Demeter, Biodyvin), a testament to its deep respect for the terroirs and ecosystems. Its wines, regularly acclaimed by international critics, combine the elegance of Burgundy with the delicacy of the Rhône Valley.

The castle cellars

- The Grande Dégustation: a complete immersion from the vines to the cellars, followed by a commented tasting of the estate's wines. To be enjoyed with or without food and wine pairings.
- Once upon a time, there was Biodynamics...: a fascinating little masterclass on the main principles of biodynamics, with a walk through the vines, a discovery of the plants used in herbal teas, and wine tasting.
-Picnics in the Vines:
- Conviviality format: a country-style lunch with local charcuterie and cheeses, dessert and a bottle of wine from the estate.
- Elegance format: a surprise menu designed by a Michelin-starred chef, served in the garden or at the winery, accompanied by a bottle of wine.

The estate offers flexible, private spaces that can be adapted to suit small groups, whether in the château lounges, the wine storehouse or the Clos.
